Automotive Repair Store Manager

We are seeking a Store Manager responsible for overseeing the overall performance of a retail automotive service location. This role includes driving sales and profitability through expense management, human resources, and operational efficiency. Key duties involve leading and developing staff by setting expectations, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations. The manager will manage financials by analyzing business trends, developing plans to meet sales targets, and controlling assets. They will also ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are upheld, including equipment inspections and inventory management. Qualifications include at least two years of team leadership experience in retail or automotive services, strong communication and customer service skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals. Experience as an automotive technician is preferred but not required. A valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate are necessary. The role involves working in varied environments with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature fluctuations. It requires physical mobility, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The manager must demonstrate full range of motion, vision, and hearing to perform duties effectively.
