Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of Car Care Center operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, workflow, customer service, and financial performance.
- Drive sales attainment, revenue growth, and profitability through effective pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, operational excellence, and customer retention efforts.
- Recruit, hire, develop, coach, and evaluate associates while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and coordinate technical, leadership, and sales training opportunities to maintain a highly skilled and customer-focused workforce.
- Monitor customer interactions and service quality to ensure exceptional customer experiences while effectively resolving escalated concerns and complaints.
