Automotive Reconditioning Specialist

About the role

The Automotive Reconditioning Specialist provides consulting services and customer support for our used car reconditioning software, ReconVision. This role helps increase revenue in a dealership through interaction with internal departments and dealership employees.

Responsibilities

• Custom implementation of ReconVision solutions
• Training dealership employees on ReconVision
• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to ReconVision
• Promoting sales opportunities for ReconVision
• Managing customer relationships

Requirements

• 2+ years retail automotive experience (parts count representative, service advisor, assistant service manager, automotive sales representative, reconditioning specialist)
• Computer and telephone skills
• Preferred familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 20%
