About the role
As a Technology & Product Specialist, you will ensure customers receive an exceptional experience by mastering vehicle technology and features. This role involves assisting sales personnel, educating customers on their new vehicle’s capabilities, and personalizing the delivery process. Part-time and full-time positions are available in a fun, fast-paced environment with tremendous opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the pre-delivery process is properly performed and the vehicle is ready for the customer.
- Assist sales personnel during the delivery process.
- Review vehicle technology features with new customers and help them learn their new vehicle’s capabilities.
- Set proper expectations for the length of delivery and personalize the experience to the customer’s needs.
- Master all vehicle product knowledge prior to customer delivery.
- Assist customers with the transition from sales to service.
- Oversee the customer’s first interaction with their new vehicle to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilize resources and applications to support product information and maintain a collection of materials for explanations.
- Assist with sales CSI calls and other tasks as required.
