Earning potential between $100,000-150,000 per year
No late nights! We close at 6pm during the week and 5pm on Saturdays
$200/month vehicle payment subsidy

What You’ll Do
Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations
Aid guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guest’s wants and needs
Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business
Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success
What You’ll Need
- The ability to be knowledgeable and savvy with modern technology (Google Suite and video communication software)
- Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly through our training program (Leta Way)
- A growth mindset and a belief that failures are learning opportunities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license (required)
