AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCT GENIUS/FINANCE TRAINEE
Responsibilities
- Use social media tools (Facebook, YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram) to attract new clients and brand awareness.
- Contact current owner base to update records and prospect for opportunities.
- Reply and follow up with internet leads, phone opportunities, and fresh walk-in customers.
- Learn product knowledge on current model line and become a certified product representative.
- Aid customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Social media and brand awareness experience is preferred.
- Enthusiastic and great work ethic.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality.
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to submit to a background check for employment.
