Responsibilities
Using proprietary PDR process, repair ding and dent damage on a mobile route or at an assigned location.
Review work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate to gain approval and build business.
Train other technicians and assist with prospecting new accounts under supervision.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair.
Certification or training in PDR techniques, or enrollment in DentWizard’s PDR training program.
Proficiency in using specialized PDR tools and equipment.
Knowledge of automotive body structures and finishes.
Strong attention to detail and physical stamina to perform tasks such as kneeling, bending, squatting, lifting up to 45 pounds, standing for extended periods, and traveling to assigned areas.
Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

The starting compensation is expected to be commission-based.
