Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the parts department
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee ordering processes
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
- Monitor department profitability, expenses, and performance goals
- Train, supervise, and support parts department staff
- Ensure excellent customer service for retail and wholesale customers
- Handle vendor relationships and warranty parts returns
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer policies
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts management experience preferred
- CDJR experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control and dealership operations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency and dealership software experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
