About the Role
Join a growing business committed to family, employee growth, environmental protection, and community involvement. As an Automotive Parts Driver, you will deliver and pick up parts and equipment for the dealership while contributing to a positive company culture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver parts and equipment to customers and vendors.
- Pick up parts and equipment from customers and vendors, coordinating with the Parts Manager, Inventory Control Clerk, Parts Counter staff, or Shipping and Receiving Clerk before leaving.
- Complete a log at the time of delivery and request the recipient’s signature.
- Unload the truck each night, turn in all paperwork, and account for undelivered parts.
- Help maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
- Maintain the parts delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean and operating properly.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current, valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Chauffeur’s license required.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- One year of experience in a vehicle parts department preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Required to stand, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Frequently walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
