Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and service advisors in sourcing automotive parts
- Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and computer systems
- Maintain organized inventory and stock levels
- Receive and process incoming parts orders
- Assist walk-in retail and wholesale customers
- Prepare parts invoices and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Support the Parts Manager with daily operations
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- A valid driver's license is required
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
