About the role
As a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician, you’ll travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Training compensation is provided at an hourly rate, transitioning to a phased combo of hourly and commission as you build your customer base. Commission-based earning potential is uncapped, with long-term earnings ranging from $60,000 to $150,000+.
Responsibilities
- Repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using PDR techniques
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships and promote Dent Wizard’s services
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Pay
Starting compensation is expected to be $50,000–$150,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
