Paintless Dent Repair Technician

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking a full-time Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our team. This role involves removing minor dents and dings from vehicle surfaces without painting, requiring high precision and expertise.

Job Details

• Perform paintless dent repair on various vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Assess the extent of damage and determine the best repair techniques.
• Utilize specialized tools to massage and reshape metal panels to remove dents.
• Ensure all repairs meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers about repair status and outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest PDR techniques and industry advancements.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of proven experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician or similar role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Proficiency with PDR tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Working Conditions

Job duties are primarily performed in a garage or outdoor environment. Team-based work. Fast-paced work environment. May be required to work at other job sites within close proximity.

Schedule

Weekend availability is required.
