Responsibilities
- Prepare paperwork for the titling of new, used and wholesale transactions
- Aid in all aspects of Dealer Trades
- Ensure retail transactions are processed promptly
- Prepare tax and title documents
- Submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
- Contact banks to obtain lien releases
- Apply for duplicate titles when needed
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting
- Issue stock numbers and stock-in used vehicles purchased
- Maintain trade-in vehicle jackets
- Follow up on all payoffs to ensure a quick return of titles and lien releases
Requirements
- CDK Experience & Computer literacy preferred
- Some knowledge of geographical Motor Vehicle paperwork
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Positive attitude with a high-energy personality & superior customer service skills
- Organization, follow-up skills & strong attention to detail
