About the role

Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, and department activities for all members of the Senior Management Team.
- Create and develop visual presentations for the GM.
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls.
- Sort and distribute mail, open mail for the GM, and determine level of priority.
- Answer phone for GM, take messages, and field/answer all routine and non-routine questions.
- Afford administrative support to the President, including managing his schedule.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information.
- Work independently and within a team on special and non-recurring projects, acting as a project manager for special projects.
- Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
Qualifications
- Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Office experience.
- General telephone skills.
- Documentation skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Reynolds and Reynolds preferred but not mandatory – will train.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Work requires organized continual attention to detail and accuracy in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
