Automotive Mobile Service Technician - FORD

About the Role

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated mobile service technician to join our growing and dynamic team. At Ciocca Ford of York, you’ll have the opportunity to positively impact our customers and community while achieving your financial and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose, maintain, and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Perform mobile service repairs including but not limited to filter replacement, engine diagnostics, recalls, and minor services at the customer's location.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• PA Inspection & emission license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills.
