About the role
Capital Ford of Charlotte is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Mobile Technician to provide professional on-site automotive service and repairs to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations and provide professional on-site automotive service and repairs
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance or repair needs
- Diagnose mechanical concerns and perform quality repairs and component replacements
- Work with a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Clearly explain recommended services and repairs to customers
- Provide professional, friendly customer service from start to finish
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and equipment
- Follow all safety, manufacturer, and industry standards
- Keep your service vehicle, tools, and work area clean and organized
- Take ownership of your work and deliver quality results every time
- Jump in and support the team wherever needed
Requirements
- Automotive Technician experience; mobile service experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic/troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time in the field
- Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- ASE certifications or other relevant technical certifications are a plus
