Automotive Manufacturing
Cardinal Staffing is partnered with a manufacturing facility in Battle Creek, MI, focused on the production, assembly, and distribution of automotive products. Positions include production assembler, machine operating, heat treat, die casting, quality auditing, and material handlers. These are long-term roles in a growing and stable environment.
Pay
Starting pay rates are $17–18/hr based on shift, with raises available after hire.
Schedule
- 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:10 PM
- 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:10 PM
- 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:10 AM
Mostly 40-hour work weeks with availability for overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Able to work in a team environment and present a positive attitude
- Strong work history
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (for forklift positions)
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
