Automotive Lot Attendant | Full-Time & Part-Time

About the Role

Join a Top Rated Workplace! CarShop Glen Mills is hiring both Full Time and Part Time Automotive Lot Attendants to help maintain our vehicle inventory and sales lot. As a Lot Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in creating a great first impression for our customers by keeping our inventory clean, organized, and ready to show. This is an active, hands-on position that involves working outdoors and around moving vehicles, equipment, and cleaning materials.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean vehicle inventory to maintain a professional appearance
• Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and presentable
• Organize and reposition vehicles throughout the lot as needed
• Fill open spaces in vehicle lines with appropriate inventory
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
• Drive vehicles to the gas station for fueling as needed
• Assist with moving vehicles around the dealership
• Maintain wash equipment, pressure washers, and other tools
• Help ensure vehicles and the lot are ready to make a great first impression

Qualifications

• Reliable, dependable, and ready to work
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and dealership equipment
• Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements in accordance with company policy and applicable law

Pay

$15 to $17 per hour
