About the role

The Automotive Inventory & Lot Manager (Highline – Acura & Volvo) in Athens, GA is responsible for managing the inventory and lot operations at the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the dealership’s inventory and lot.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly displayed and maintained.
• Work closely with sales team to ensure accurate vehicle availability.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle availability and status.
• Collaborate with finance department to process vehicle transactions efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive retail or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
