Responsibilities
- Effective communication with customers and store team members
- Perform basic general service maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, brake inspections, tire inflation, and other preventative maintenance services
- Perform tire repairs, including patching, plugging, replacement, and balancing, while adhering to proper torquing procedures that follow manufacturer specifications
- Embrace the onboarding process and continual training using mobile learning management systems, POS (Point of Sale) operating system, and lead-follow mentoring on service procedures, safety protocols, and operating processes
Requirements
- Current and valid automobile driver’s license
- Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification must be completed at the start of employment (temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify you from employment)
- Formal Application for Employment and Background Screening Authorization is required
