Key Responsibilities
- Effective communication with customers and store team members
- Openness to learn and perform basic general service maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, brake inspections, tire inflation, and other preventative maintenance services
- Ability to perform tire repairs, including patching, plugging, replacement and balancing, while adhering to proper torquing procedures that follow manufacturer specifications
- Embrace the onboarding process and continual training using mobile learning management systems, POS (Point of Sale) operating system, and lead-follow mentoring on service procedures, safety protocols, and operating processes
