About the role
At AAA Club Alliance, you'll not just fix cars, but you'll keep lives moving. As an Automotive General Service Technician, you'll perform essential maintenance services that ensure our members and customers stay safe on the road.
Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, and install tires.
- Perform maintenance services including oil changes, fluid flushes, and replacements.
- Conduct visual vehicle inspections and document findings.
- Maintain and clean shop equipment, including emptying and servicing portable fluid drains.
- Build automotive knowledge and technical skills for future career growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems; familiarity with PC-based diagnostic tools a plus.
- Prior automotive maintenance or repair experience strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with the team.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
Skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems.
- Familiarity with PC-based diagnostic tools.

Pay
The starting base compensation for this position is $16.37 - $23.02/hr. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week.
- Required to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
- The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off.
- Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.
Training & Growth
- Paid training.
