Automotive General Manager

Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a General Manager to oversee the operations of their centers, focusing on risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The successful candidate will also manage financial performance, recognize and retain talent, and ensure compliance with SOPs, insurance partners, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the center
• Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates
• Maintain financial performance metrics and identify opportunities and trends
• Ensure thorough, safe, and profitable vehicle repairs in accordance with Protech’s SOPs, insurance partners, and industry guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance policy
• Age 21 or older
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of estimates
• Prior experience with OEM and advanced understanding of repair processes/procedures, scanning process
• Ability to understand and prioritize tasks
• Personable and friendly customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform consistent physical activities
