Automotive Fleet Deletions Coordinator - FT

If you’ve worked in an auto shop, dealership, fleet operation, or completed an automotive program—and want to apply your skills to a fleet of newer vehicles across multiple brands—join the Avis Budget Group team.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct pre-delivery and post-use inspections
- Install and remove license plates
- Cookordination vehicle registration paperwork, stickers, and keys
- Ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Prepare newer vehicles across a variety of makes and models for customer rental
- Support the transition of vehicles out of the fleet for retail used car lots, auctions, or other buyers
- Support the organized movement and positioning of vehicles throughout the lot to maintain efficient operations

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong attention to detail with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Ability to work outdoors or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise levels
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive vehicles
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
- Previous experience in auto service, fleet operations, or vehicle maintenance is a strong advantage
