Automotive Finance Manager Job Responsibilities
- Present financing and protection product options to customers
- Structure deals and secure approvals through lender partnerships
- Maximize finance product penetration while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ensure all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and compliantly
- Maintain knowledge of lender programs and industry regulations
- Review and verify deal documentation prior to funding
- Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to facilitate deal completion
- Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and internal teams
- Consistently achieve department profitability and performance objectives
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company policies

Qualifications
- Previous automotive Finance Manager or F&I experience required
- Proven track record of strong finance production and product penetration
- Knowledge of automotive lending practices and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume dealership environment
- Proficiency with dealership management and finance software systems
