About the role
IRA TOYOTA OF ORLEANS is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add a qualified AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE MANAGER to our team.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to discuss financing and leasing options.
- Submit credit applications and secure financing through lending institutions.
- Present finance, warranty, GAP, maintenance, and other protection products.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, and payment options.
- Prepare and review finance and legal documentation for accuracy.
- Achieve departmental sales and profitability goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoff.
- Maintain accurate records and complete funding packages.
- Resolve customer financing questions and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of automotive sales or finance experience.
- Previous F&I experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending practices, and insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software.
- Valid driver's license.

Typical Salary (U.S.): Base salary: $120k-$150k
Schedule
