Automotive Finance Manager

Job Summary

Garavel CJDR, established in 2002, is Connecticut's highest-volume Jeep dealership and has been named Dealer Rater of the Year 11 times. We aim to enhance the car ownership experience through sales, parts, and service. Automotive experience required (sales or F&I).

Responsibilities

• Process finance and lease transactions, including lenders' approval and timely funding.
• Ensure all administrative processes are handled promptly and comply with company policy.
• Address all returned contract issues.
• Complete all required title transfer transactions.
• Communicate transaction progress with the Sales Managers on a deal-to-deal basis.
• Ensure the dealership fully complies with all State and Federal laws and regulations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction on every transaction and address any issues immediately if needed.

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Finance Manager or related position at a dealership.
• Strong technical skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience.
• Previous experience with finance, insurance, and auto dealership software, CRM.
• Automate experience is a plus!
• Coachable and possess the ability to learn and develop.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have a clean motor vehicle report.
