Responsibilities
- Lead regional air filtration product design and development projects for OE customers.
- Manage APQP projects for OEM/OES/Tier 1 customers, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, VDA, and customer standards.
- Cook up cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept through SOP and handoff to Sales/Operations.
- Oversee launch activities, approvals, and project execution across production sites.
- Initiate and execute filter media and product development projects (PDP-I/PDP-C).
- Contribute to R&D innovation and develop technical value propositions for advanced air quality solutions.
- Track market trends and competitor developments to support product strategy and future technologies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years exp in similar role and industry.
- Engineering (Application, Mechanical, Textile, Chemical) preferred.
- Automotive experience required.
- Automotive processes knowledge preferred.
- Filtration experience (particle, functional and adsorption) preferred.
