Automotive Express Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and express service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and battery replacements.
• Diagnose and repair minor vehicle issues efficiently to meet express service time frames.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to provide an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a similar express service role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve vehicle issues.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic computer skills for service documentation and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work in Pittsfield, MA.
