Automotive Express Service Technician

About the role

Full‑time (40+ hours per 5‑day work week) position with a set, predictable schedule. Candidates must be dependable and trustworthy and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. No automotive experience required; full training is provided with opportunity to advance for driven individuals.

Responsibilities

• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and other express shop service items.
• Present the engine filter and/or air cabin filter to the Express Service Advisor if a change of filter is to be recommended to the customer.
• Return vehicle to staging area upon completion of work and submit paperwork to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Complete timecards in accordance with service shop protocol.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of one’s own tools is a plus, but not required.
• General automotive experience: 1 year preferred.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Erie, PA 16509 before starting work (preferred).

Schedule

• 8‑hour day shift.
