Automotive Express Service Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Automotive Express Service Consultant to focus on low-mileage, routine maintenance for our guests’ vehicles. The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service and communication skills, is organized, motivated, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily flow of customers’ automotive needs and vehicles through the Service Department.
• Actively greet guests, welcoming them to our dealership.
• Write Repair Orders in a clear, concise manner, serving as a liaison between the guest and technician.
• Coordinate service progress and keep guests informed of the status of their vehicle.
• Serve as a cashier for guests and perform an active service delivery, thoroughly explaining all items covered during the service visit.
• Resolve guest concerns.

Requirements

• Valid automotive driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and standard background screening (this role is classified as Safety-Sensitive work).

Pay

Hourly + Commission.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, plus rotating Saturdays. Hours are 7:30 AM–6:00 PM Monday–Friday, and 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Saturdays.
