Automotive Express Lube Technician

About the role

As an Express Lube Technician at Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and technical support to our valued customers. You will be responsible for performing routine and advanced vehicle maintenance, diagnosing complex issues, and ensuring that each vehicle meets our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and technical services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues with precision.
• Communicate service needs and repair options clearly to customers.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the service team to resolve complex issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service or technical support preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Relevant automotive certifications or training are a plus.
