About the role

This role involves generating accurate and timely estimates for vehicle reconditioning services for internal and external customers, using management-defined formats and pricing. The candidate will create detailed repair estimates based on damages, paint, and color matching, utilizing estimating tools and documenting damages clearly for client visibility.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of auto industry experience
• Ability to produce precise estimates for mechanical and body repairs
• Experience working with vendors and procurement for parts sourcing
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Proficiency in safety procedures and a commitment to safety excellence
