Automotive Detailer - New Orleans Airport - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking responsible, dedicated individuals to join our team as Automotive Detailers at our New Orleans Airport location (600 Rental Blvd., Kenner, LA 70062). This full-time position is critical to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry, ensuring the health and safety of everyone by washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
• Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
• Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks
• Inspect vehicles for the following:
  • Fuel level and warning lights
  • Windshield damage
  • Customer items (place valuables in Lost & Found)
  • Registration presence, currency, and match to license plate
  • Fluid levels (add as needed)
  • Tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
  • Exterior damage
  • Safety concerns or warning lights
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Wear proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensure cleaning supplies are available
• Assist customers as needed, including transporting them to and from branches
• Maintain overall site appearance, including:
  • Cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and trash
  • Vacuuming and sweeping the lot
  • Cleaning bathrooms
  • Performing other miscellaneous tasks related to daily branch cleanliness
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Pay

$16 per hour

Schedule

• 12pm - 9pm, Saturday-Wednesday (Off Thursday & Friday)
• 2pm - 11pm, Sunday-Wednesday, Friday (Off Thursday & Saturday)
