Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Winchester

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full‑time Automotive Detailer. The position is located at 2711 Valley Avenue, Winchester, VA 22601.

Pay

$18 per hour based on a 40‑hour work week, with eligibility for yearly merit increases based on performance.

• Monday 6:30 am – 6:30 pm; Wednesday 9:00 am – 6:30 pm; Thursday 10:30 am – 6:30 pm; Friday 1:00 pm – 6:30 pm; Saturday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; OR Sunday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Monday 6:30 am – 6:30 pm; Tuesday 7:30 am – 6:30 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 6:30 pm; Saturday 11:00 am – 4:30 pm; OR Sunday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Monday 6:30 am – 6:30 pm; Tuesday 8:30 am – 6:30 pm; Friday 10:30 am – 6:30 pm; Saturday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry‑standard protocols
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset/restore vehicle settings; locate customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; examine vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage the vehicle
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report warning lights, windshield or tire damage; remove vehicle from prep processing when necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet‑shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed, including transporting customers to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, etc.)
• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years; no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years)
• Residence within a 25‑minute commute (in rush‑hour traffic) from the location preferred
• At least six (6) consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
