Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Falls Church

Enterprise Mobility is seeking full‑time Automotive Detailers at 6286C Arlington Boulevard, Falls Church, VA 22044.

Pay

$18 per hour, with yearly merit increases based on performance.

Schedule

• Monday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Tuesday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Thursday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Full‑time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry‑standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level, warning lights, windshield condition, and reset vehicle settings; handle lost‑and‑found items
• Inspect fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, tread depth, and exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicles; report safety concerns and pull vehicles from prep processing as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers, including transporting them to and from branches when needed
• Help maintain overall site appearance (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, etc.)
• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Satisfactory background check (no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in past 3 years; no DUI/DWI in past 3 years)
• Under 25‑minute commute (in rush‑hour traffic) from the location preferred
• Minimum six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
• Will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by law
