Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Exton

About the role

We are seeking a responsible, dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team in Exton, PA. This full-time position plays a key role in upholding our industry-leading cleanliness standards by washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
• Inspect vehicles for fuel level, warning lights, windshield damage, customer items, registration, fluid levels, tire condition, and exterior damage
• Perform factory resets to clear prior customer data
• Check and adjust tire pressure and tread depth; add fluids as needed
• Fuel and stage vehicles for rental readiness
• Report any safety concerns, warning lights, or vehicle damage
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers and transport them to and from branches as needed
• Maintain overall site appearance, including cleaning branch interiors and exteriors (e.g., desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot)
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
• At least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of 622 W Lincoln Hwy, Exton, PA 19341 within 30 days of start date

Pay

Starting compensation is $17 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek. Employees are eligible for yearly merit increases based on performance.

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: Off
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
