About the role
Sterling KIA in Lafayette, LA is hiring an Automotive Detailer to serve Acadiana and join a successful family-owned and operated business.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain vehicles to meet company standards
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Vacuum interiors to remove dirt and debris
- Clean upholstery, carpets, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and tools
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, showroom, and vehicle lots
- Support Sales and Service departments by ensuring vehicles and facilities reflect company standards
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Operate vehicles safely at all times
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Automotive detailing experience preferred but not required
- Coachable with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age for insurance purposes
Schedule
Full-time, includes rotating Saturdays.
