Automotive Detailer

About the role

This position is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and restoring the appearance of vehicles, both inside and out. This includes washing, vacuuming, waxing, polishing, and deep-cleaning interiors, as well as removing stains and applying protective agents.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, shampooing, and steam cleaning carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces
• Removing all stains, dirt, and grime from all interior areas
• Washing, drying, waxing, polishing, and applying protective agents to the car's exterior
• Performing minor cosmetic repairs such as touch-ups on paint or trim
• Inspecting vehicles for any damage or issues that need to be addressed by a technician
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• High attention to detail
• High quality workmanship
• Effective communication
• Ability to work independently and productively
• Prior automotive experience is a plus, though not required
• Must be passionate about working in the Automotive industry

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with a rotational Saturday. Facilities are always closed on Sunday and on designated holidays throughout the year.

Pay

Starting hourly pay rate range: $16.00 – $17.00+, evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
