About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle is cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role involves both interior and exterior detailing, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the quality of our services.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing exterior surfaces.
• Detail interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery to ensure a pristine environment for customers.
• Conduct custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and surrounding spaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
• Operate various cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Drive vehicles as necessary for service delivery or repositioning within the facility.
• Paint Correction: Expertly perform multi-stage buffing, polishing, and swirl removal.
• Paint Protection: Professional application of Ceramic Coatings and/or Paint Protection Film (PPF).
• Interior Restoration: Deep cleaning and conditioning of fine leathers, Alcantara, and carbon fiber trim.
• Quality Control: Conduct final inspections to ensure every vehicle meets "Concourse" standards.
• Engine Bay Detailing: Safe, thorough cleaning of high-performance powerplants.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with car wash techniques and products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Minimum 2 years in high-end or boutique detailing.
• Deep understanding of chemical ratios, pad/compound combinations, and various paint types (soft vs. hard clears).
• Ability to commute to New Port Richey, FL 34652.
