Automotive Detailer

Responsibilities

• Moving and parking vehicles in designated areas in an organized and safe manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas.
• Performing basic vehicle checks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Aiding the service team by retrieving vehicles for customers, transporting vehicles to and from service areas, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
• Conducting minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as washing and vacuuming vehicles.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing courteous and prompt service.
• Reporting any vehicle damage or operational issues to management immediately.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Physical Job Requirements

• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Work in ventilated automotive repair shops, refurbishing facilities, or outdoor environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting compensation for this position is expected to be $19.00/hour or $22.00/hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefit package, which includes:
