Automotive Detailer
About the role
BMW and MINI of Pittsburgh are seeking a Detailer to join their growing team. This position involves cleaning vehicles according to company standards or client expectations, including detailed inspections, thorough washing, buffing, waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, deodorizing interiors, and maintaining records of vehicle conditions.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning, waxing, polishing, and refurbishing both old and new vehicles for showroom display, lot display, or delivery to the customer.
- Listening, understanding, and delivering to the specific requirements made by customers.
- Inspecting vehicles thoroughly before and after working on them.
- Reporting any damage to the supervising manager.
- Maintaining tools and equipment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience using a buffer and other detailing equipment.
- Responsible use of various cleaning chemicals.
Qualifications
- Consistent attendance.
- Valid driver's license.
