Automotive Dealership Cashier Toyota

Duties

• Professionally administer all incoming calls
• Greet and direct guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
• Open and close customer area
• - Receive and manage payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits from customers who have had their vehicles serviced at the dealership.
• - Answers a multi-line switchboard rapidly and efficiently directs and redirect calls to destination.
• - Data entry to prepare and maintain records as necessary.
• - Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
• - Operate computer, various software, fax, calculator, phone, photocopy machine, and shredding machine, etc.
• - Assist with other sales and service duties as instructed by manager or as necessary.
• - Assist with greeting sales and service customers as needed.
• - Assist with calls to sales and service customers as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum one year of receptionist and cashier experience, highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand, and execute written and verbal instructions
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Professional appearance

Pay

The Cashier Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $17.50.
