Core Responsibilities

  • Turn fresh internet leads, chat inquiries, and inbound phone calls into confirmed showroom appointments using advanced phone scripts and personal closing techniques.
  • Actively mine our existing CRM database for equity positions, lease maturities, and past service customers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a high volume daily workflow of 80-100+ outbound touchpoints utilizing synchronized phone, text, and email templates.
  • Maintain meticulous data hygiene in our dealership CRM VinSolutions, ensuring every customer touchpoints and future task is accurately logged.
  • Seamlessly hand off confirmed appointments to floor Sales Managers to ensure a flawless customer transition upon arrival.
  • Actively track "no show" appointments and execute immediate recovery campaigns to get buyers back on the schedule.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 1-2 years of direct experience as an Automotive Client Acquisition Representative or Internet salesperson (BDC) inside a franchised dealership.
  • Performance Proof: Ability to demonstrate a consistent history of meeting or exceeding dealership appointment-setting and "show rate" quotas.
  • Tech-Savvy: Complete fluency of with major automotive CRM platforms and dealership telephone systems.
  • Advanced Objection Handling: Proven ability to handle complex inventory, pricing, and credit objections over the phone without giving aware the entire deal.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work optimal dealership hours, including rotating schedules, Saturdays, and end-of-month close out days.
