Automotive CDJR Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Detect and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on CDJR vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections.
• Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose and address vehicle problems.
• Effectively communicate with customers about their repair needs and maintenance options.
• Stay current with training on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure prompt service delivery.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with certification in automotive service preferred.
• At least one year of experience as a service technician, specifically with CDJR vehicles, highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills, with a comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
