Job Summary

King O’Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking a Service Cashier and Loaner Vehicle Representative for their Service Department. Positions are available full time or part time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure efficient checkout process
• Afford customers with vehicle loaners
• Process paperwork
• Fleet management
• Work cooperatively with all internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
• Top customer satisfaction skills required
• Ability to multi-task
• Willing to train. Experience a plus!
