Automotive Business Development Coordinator

Classic Volkswagen of Gastonia, located at 4417 Wilkinson Boulevard, Gastonia, NC, is seeking a full-time Service BDC Agent / Cashier to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
• Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email
• Assist with service reminders and retention efforts
• Greet customers and handle cashier transactions efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records in our system
• Work closely with service advisors to ensure a seamless experience

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Previous BDC, call center, or cashier experience preferred (automotive is a plus!)
