Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Cook up with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Track and analyze business performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Aid in organizing events and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage CRM systems effectively.
- Collaborate with partners and vendors to enhance business development efforts.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
