Autos of Chicago-Arlington Heights is seeking a Body Shop Supervisor/Manager to oversee its growing in-house body shop operation. The role offers a unique opportunity to join a fresh, developing shop with strong internal workflow and the ability to build additional business, featuring no public walk‑in traffic, consistent internal work from dealership inventory, a clean and organized environment, the chance to build and grow your own customer base, and commission on any additional business generated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all body shop operations and workflow
• Manage repairs for dealership inventory and customer vehicles
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of all jobs
• Work closely with service and sales departments
• Order parts and manage vendor relationships
• Track labor, materials, and job profitability
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional shop environment

Requirements

• Body shop experience required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
• Experience with estimating and repair processes preferred
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset
