Automotive Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

We're hiring an Assistant Store Manager who will play a key role in supporting Store Management. This is a developmental role with bonus potential and a path for growth.

Responsibilities

• Cover stores during manager PTO, off days, or as needed coverage—run the location like it’s your own by driving sales, leading the team, and delivering results.
• Serve as Assistant Manager, supporting operations and team development.
• Lead with impact: motivate teams, maintain high standards, and ensure consistent customer service across all stores.
• Drive sales: build estimates, communicate repair recommendations, and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Keep operations running smoothly: manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations. Maintain clean, safe, and professional environments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive service or retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Passion for the automotive industry and delivering top-tier service.
